Jamesnet is located in the InfoMart in Dallas Texas, One of the largest, most connected, and redundant internet buildings in the world.

Power- Hospital-grade electrical power supplied by 4 independent Texas Utility station feeds and six in-building transformer substations. Full power reliability is provided through six in-building main switchgear rooms. Two substations feed a main plant at 4,160 volts. Four main switchgears feed each quadrant with 480-volt service through multiple 4,000 AMP electrical risers.
Cooling- Equipped with five 1,500-ton centrifugal chillers provide redundant (2N) chilled water to the HVAC system with 24/7 availability.
